In-home Lifestyle Newborn Photography – What a beautiful emotional time it is when you welcome a new family member.
As a newborn and family photographer, I live for emotional and gentle moments. It is an amazing opportunity to document the newborn goodness and capturing the moments when everyone in the family gets to know its newest member.
It was such a pleasure to meet Navdeep, Atinder and Fateh to welcome newborn Kulnaaz and spend some precious moments during the newborn lifestyle photographing session in their home in Auckland.
Welcome Baby Kulnaaz
Being a toddler and a big brother at the same time can sometimes be daunting, but not for Fateh! Fateh is SO very excited about being a big brother. He was so thrilled every time Kulnaaz opened her eyes… or cried… or did anything really! Fateh would start jumping and giggling, which was super-duper adorable.
In-Home Lifestyle Newborn Photography
In-home lifestyle newborn session is a relaxed, natural, and emotive session that takes place in the comfort of your own home. Plus, I get a chance to see your beautiful neighbourhood! Navdeep lives in Papakura, Auckland.
I also offer a wide range of client wardrobe, and Navdeep is wearing one of the newly added maternity gowns. And baby Kulnaaz is also wearing an outfit from my newborn wardrobe collection.
While Navdeep opted for an in-home session, we did an add-on to their newborn session with the studio styled images.
I was able to recreate the studio images using backdrop and props in their home since they live so far away from the Amber Farooq Photography Studio which is based in northwest Auckland. It was a perfect opportunity to capture the goodness of the newborn phase by combining candid lifestyle images with gently posed studio newborn photographs. Kulnaaz slept for most of her styled images and then started giving us some wide-awake photos, which meant we could see her gorgeous eyes! She is such a little princess.
